Floor Covering's trading and customer home visits during lockdown.
Due to the national lockdown, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made immediate and substantial efforts to reassure our customers and future customers of our ability to continue to serve them as safely and responsibly as possible.
As a trade where our fitters are still permitted to visit homes and install flooring, we will continue to do so under the most stringent of safety precautions.
However, you will be not be able to visit our showroom. Instead, our staff will be available by telephone and email to assist you in choosing the correct flooring for your home or office environment.

- Sending you photographs or videos of flooring products to allow you to made your choice of carpet/flooring more easily
- Home estimation visits (measuring and pricing) including the ability to show you physical samples by pre-arrangement
What you can't do
- Visit our showroom
What precautions do we take when visiting or fitting flooring in your home?
- 2 metres social distance maintained at all times
- Fitters wear gloves, masks and face shields
- Fitters carry and use hand-sanitiser in your home
